Mum and Sadie at Dogworx Hydrotherapy.

liddle started with my mum’s business.

Mum has run Dogworx for about fifteen years: training, puppy school, obedience classes and boarding, all from spreadsheets, Word docs and a paper diary. When she started Dogworx Hydrotherapy three years ago she couldn’t find a good platform at a fair price, so I built one. If something would cost her an evening, I change it.

That’s Sadie in the water, my golden Labrador. She’s the reason for the name and the dog in the logo, and the booking you just followed is hers.

“I run my whole business through liddle. It’s simple, everything’s in one place, and honestly, I can’t imagine doing it without it now.”

I do the move, free.

Send me what you run on now, even photos of a paper diary, and I’ll bring it across.

What comes across from Bookings 2026.xlsx

Hi Priya,

I’ve been through the spreadsheet. Here’s what comes across:

  • 286 clients, with their mobile numbers. 31 had lost the 0 at the front; I’ve put it back.
  • 341 dogs and cats, with your notes on each, like “de-shed, check ears” for Sadie.
  • 74 upcoming bookings, from Monday on, each on your calendar or Tom’s.

The Paid column stays in your spreadsheet, so settle anything owed the way you do now.

Two rows I couldn’t place: row 212 has no phone number, and row 640 just says “Bramble?”. Can you check them for me?

Saturday suits me for the move, if it suits you.

Jack

Before you decide anything, I write back with a list like this.

Fair questions

Anything else, email support@liddle.app. I answer those myself.

Is there really only one plan?

Yes. A$99 a month, plus A$29 for each extra person. You’re in the base price, and there are no feature tiers or paid add-ons.

Does it work for cats, horses and the rest?

Yes. Records cover 11 kinds of animal, from dogs and cats to horses, birds and reptiles, and each boarding room says which species it takes.

Can clients book themselves?

Yes, from your booking page or a link to one service. Per service, requests wait for you or eligible bookings confirm on their own, and you choose whether new clients can join.

Can I keep my old system while I check?

Yes. The 30-day trial needs no card, so you can run real weeks through liddle beside what you have, and rely on it only once you’re satisfied.

What doesn’t come across?

Package balances and open invoices finish on your old system, so nobody is owed twice. Anything else your export can’t carry, I’ll tell you before you decide.

Is there an app?

Not in the app stores yet. I’m building one now. Until then, liddle works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can add it to your home screen. Your clients book from their phone with nothing to install.

What if liddle is missing something I need?

liddle is still growing. Tell me what your business relies on: I build features with the businesses using them, and I’ll work with you to get it right.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Billing is monthly and there’s no lock-in contract.

Put a real week through it.

Try it free for 30 days, no card needed. Or book a demo and I’ll show you around a working business.
