Courses, single dates or a block of lessons
Run a course where one group takes every lesson together, a class booked one date at a time, or a block of lessons. Clients see the dates and what they are committing to before they enrol.
- Let people join a course already under way
- Quote the lessons that remain
- Close enrolment when you choose
Places, rosters and attendance
Set the places for the class or for one lesson, and how many pets each client may bring. Each lesson has its roster, where your team records attendance. Edit a lesson from the calendar or from the roster.
Enrolment from the portal or a link
Clients enrol a pet in the portal, or from a link to that class you share anywhere. The forms, agreements and vaccination record the class needs are completed once for the whole block.
Vaccination recordsA waitlist that offers the place
When a class is full, clients join its waitlist. Offer an opening yourself, or let liddle offer it automatically to whoever has waited longest. The client gets an email with a deadline and accepts or declines in the portal.
Cancellations that follow your policy
Before your cutoff a client can cancel a place online. After it, the place stays held while your team reviews the request, and the client hears your answer by email.
What liddle will not do for you yet
Waitlists are switched on class by class. Class enrolments are invoiced rather than paid at the moment of enrolling.
Questions, answered plainly
Who gets the next place on the waitlist?
You choose per class: your team offers places by hand, or liddle offers them automatically, longest wait first. Each offer has a deadline.
Can someone join a course that has already started?
If you allow it. They join the lessons that remain, and the price is quoted for those.
How do clients pay for a class?
You invoice the place, and the client sees what they owe in their portal and can pay the invoice online when you take card payments.
Is there a limit on class size?
Each class can take up to 100 places, and you can set a lower number for any lesson.
