Online booking that follows your rules

Share your booking link and clients choose a service, their pets and a time you are open. You decide who can book, how far ahead, and which bookings confirm themselves or wait for your team.

30-day free trial. No credit card.

Your link, your hours

Publish your business page when you are ready and share its link. Clients pick their pets, a service and any add-ons, then a time you are open. They only ever see times your rules allow.

  • Set minimum notice and how far ahead clients can book
  • Space start times and add buffers around them
  • Let clients choose a team member, or not
  • Pause online booking with one switch

New and returning pets, treated differently

For new pets and returning pets you choose whether a booking confirms instantly, waits as a request for your team, or cannot be made online. Any service can have its own rule, and you can mark a client you trust so their pets follow your returning-pet rule from the start.

  • Accept or decline requests in one list
  • Offer a different time back
  • Requests you never answer expire and free the time

Everything needed before the visit

Attach forms to a service and the client fills them in as part of booking. Published agreements are signed before the booking is sent. If a service needs a current vaccination certificate and the pet’s has expired, the booking becomes a request for your team instead of confirming.

Forms and agreements

A deposit when you want one

Put a deposit on a service and the client pays it online through Stripe as part of booking. For requests, you choose whether their card is held first or they pay once you accept.

How deposits work

Changes without a phone call

Before your cutoff, a client can cancel online after seeing your cancellation terms. After it, or to move a visit, they send a request and the visit stays booked until your team answers.

  • Cancel online before your cutoff
  • Ask to reschedule, with a preferred time
  • Withdraw a request they no longer need

A link for one service, class or pass

Every service, class, pass and membership can have its own page with its price and dates. Share it in a post or a message, and someone without an account can read it before they sign up to book.

What liddle will not do for you yet

New businesses start with their public page off, so nothing is bookable until you publish it. Clients sign in by email only. The portal runs in a browser and can be added to a phone’s home screen, but there is no native app.

Questions, answered plainly

Do bookings confirm automatically?

Only where you allow it. You choose, for new pets and for returning pets, whether a booking confirms instantly, comes to your team as a request, or cannot be made online. A service can have its own rule.

How do clients sign in?

With their email address, using a code or a link liddle sends them. There is no password to remember and no app to download.

Can clients see my prices before they have an account?

Yes, on your public page and on the page for any service, class or pass you have made available by link.

Can I stop online bookings for a while?

Yes. Pausing online bookings stops new bookings, enrolments, care requests and pass or membership purchases while your page stays up. Existing bookings carry on as normal.

Is online booking an extra cost?

No. It is part of the one liddle plan.
