Scope an agreement to the services, daycare and boarding or classes it covers, so a client booking a nail trim is not asked to sign your boarding terms. When you change an agreement, choose whether clients must sign the new version.

Are the templates legally checked?
No. They are starting points written for pet care work. Have your own terms reviewed for your business and where you operate.
Do clients need to sign again when I change an agreement?
Only if you ask them to. Each published version can require a fresh signature or keep earlier ones valid.
Does an intake form stop a client from booking?
No. Your client intake form is asked for on the client’s portal home. Forms you attach to a service are completed as part of booking that service.
