Document types with a validity
Create the document types your business asks for, such as a C5 vaccination certificate or a vet clearance, and how long each one stays valid. Every document on a pet or client carries its type and expiry.

No. liddle keeps the document, its type and its expiry, and your team reviews it. It does not contact vets, check a register or tell you which vaccinations a pet needs.
What happens when a certificate expires?
The client sees it as expired in their portal, and a booking for a service that requires it comes to your team as a request until a current copy has been reviewed.
Can clients upload certificates themselves?
Yes, from their portal. Each upload waits for your team’s review before it counts.
