For salon groomers who rebook every six weeks
A grooming week is the same dogs on a cycle. The work is knowing who is due, booking them before they leave, and putting a deposit on the bookings that get dropped. liddle keeps the appointment, the dog, the last groom’s note and the payment on one record, and sends the reminder in your own words.
30-day free trial. No credit card.

The next groom, booked before they leave
Book the next appointment while the dog is still on the table, with the owner, the dog and the service already filled in. Clients who come back on a fixed rhythm go in as a series that repeats every six weeks, or whatever their rhythm is. For the ones who leave without a next time, liddle emails a nudge when they are due to rebook.
Reminders in your own wording
Appointment reminders go out by SMS and email in wording you write, once a day for the next day. You cannot pick the hour or send three days ahead yet.

Deposits on the bookings that get dropped
Set a deposit on the services that get cancelled at the gate, and the client pays it online through Stripe as part of booking. For a request you approve, you choose whether their card is held first or they pay once you accept. The deposit sits against the appointment, and you can refund it when the reason is a good one.

One record per dog, one account per household
Every dog has a record with breed, birthday, sex, colour, their vet and your notes, so the last groom is on screen while you are with them. A couple or a family share a household, so two people and three dogs are one relationship.
- Read every groom that dog has had
- Keep coat notes where the next groomer finds them
- Flag a nipper or a skin allergy on every visit
- Store a vaccination certificate with its expiry
- Search for any dog or owner from the search bar
The money at the counter
Record the sale the way they actually paid, whether that is cash, card, EFTPOS, bank transfer or Stripe. Invoice against the appointment, with add-ons such as a teeth clean priced on the service, and add a custom line, such as a bottle of shampoo, to the same sale.
- Sell a block of grooms as one package
- Track package credits by visit
- Set your tax rate and invoice numbering once
- Send a Stripe link for an unpaid invoice
Their own side of it
Invite a client and they get a portal with their dogs, their appointments, their invoices and the updates you publish. A booking request comes to your team to accept.
- Book online from your open times
- Cancel within your policy, or ask to move
- Pay a deposit or an invoice through Stripe
- Message your business inbox, not one phone
What liddle will not do for you yet
There is no route planning or travel time for a mobile van, so you put the address on the appointment and block the travel out by hand. There is no card reader and no Tap to Pay, so a card payment taken at the counter is recorded against the sale rather than processed by liddle. If either of those decides it for you, liddle is the wrong choice today.
Questions, answered plainly
Can I rebook a dog every six weeks automatically?
Yes. Book a repeating series every six weeks, or whatever the dog’s rhythm is. Pause it when the family is away, or change one groom or every one after it.
Can clients book their own grooms online?
Yes, from your booking link and only at times you are open. You choose whether a new dog’s first booking needs your approval, and whether returning dogs confirm instantly.
Does liddle work for mobile grooming?
You can put the client’s address on the appointment and block travel time by hand, and liddle runs in the browser on a phone. There is no route planning and no native app.
Can I take a deposit on a groom?
Yes. Set a deposit on the service and the client pays it online as part of booking.
