Your clients get their own side of liddle
Every business gets a public page and a client portal. Clients follow your link, sign in with their email and claim the record you already hold, then book, pay and message you without entering the same details again. You decide whether new clients may join and which bookings need approval. The portal runs in a browser, with no app to install.

Their pets and their people
Each owner keeps one profile for themselves and their pets, and chooses what your business can see. A couple sharing two dogs each sign in as themselves: one invites the other to the pets, so nobody shares a login.
- Invite another guardian to a pet
- Every pet’s visit history in one list
- Nothing to install, it opens in a browser
- Add it to the home screen like an app
Booking the next visit, stay or class
They see what is booked and what has been. They pick from the times you are open, and the booking either confirms or waits for your team to accept, as you decide per service. Mark a client you already trust, and their pets follow your returning-pet rule from their first booking.
- Ask for daycare days, or a stay with dates
- Or the same daycare day every week
- Enrol in a class, or join its waitlist
- Check their own Google Calendar while choosing a time
- See the estimate before sending the request

Changes without a phone call
Before your cutoff a client can cancel online, with your cancellation terms shown first. After it, or for a new time, they send a request and the visit stays booked until your team answers. You can offer a different time back.
- Cancel within your policy, or ask
- Ask for a new time without calling
- Accept or decline your counter-offer
Messages in one place
A client message arrives in a shared business inbox rather than on one person’s phone. Anyone with access can answer, and the thread stays on the client’s record.
- Answer as the business, not from your mobile
- Read the whole thread on the client record
- Send photos and files, up to 15 at a time
- Let clients choose how you reach them
Forms and agreements, done before they arrive
Send the intake form and the agreement and they fill it in and sign at home. liddle keeps the signed copy on the client, along with the version they signed.
- Anything outstanding waits in their portal
- Sign on a phone, nothing to print
- Require a document before a booking confirms
Invoices and deposits
They can see what is owed and pay a deposit or an invoice through Stripe. Passes and memberships are bought the same way.
- Pay a deposit as part of booking
- Pay an invoice from the portal
- See what has already been paid
- See each visit come off the pass
- Start a membership only by agreeing to it
How the visit went
When you publish a visit update, the owner reads your words and sees your photos from that session. The note you wrote for your team stays out of it.

The business stays in control
Publish the business page when you want it shared, and give each service, class or pass its own link to send before a client has an account. Pause online bookings without taking the page down, and choose whether new clients may join. Each service can hold a first visit for approval or confirm an eligible booking automatically, and published classes keep their capacity and waitlist rules.
