Assessment, then a plan
Book the assessment, then book the weekly series that follows it. Pause the series when a dog is sore or the family is away. Change one session, or that session and every one after it, without rebuilding the block.

Notes that build on the last session
The note sits on the appointment, so six weeks of sessions read in date order and your team sees all of it. When the owner should see how a session went, publish a visit update and it appears in their portal.

The vet clearance, tracked
Store the referral or clearance as a document with an expiry date, and make it a requirement on the service. A booking for a dog whose clearance has lapsed is held for your approval instead of going ahead. The demo uses a vaccination certificate; a vet clearance follows the same rule.

Paid before the plinth
Set a deposit on the assessment and the owner pays it online through Stripe as part of booking. Sell a block of six sessions as a package, and the credits draw down as the dog uses them.

The owner stays in the loop
Owners get a portal with their appointments, their invoices, the forms they filled in and the agreement they signed. It opens in a browser, so there is nothing for them to install.

What liddle will not do for you yet
There is no measurement field on the animal record, so weight and gait scores go in the session note, where they read in order but cannot be charted. Reminders send once a day for the next day, so nobody can be reminded three days ahead.
Questions, answered plainly
Does liddle keep clinical notes?
Your session notes sit on each appointment and read in date order on the animal’s record, visible to your team only. What the owner sees is a separate visit update you choose to publish.
Can I require a vet clearance before booking?
Yes. Make a current clearance a requirement on the service. Without one, a booking comes to your team as a request instead of confirming.
Is liddle veterinary practice software?
No. liddle runs bookings, records, notes, documents and payments for therapy and rehab work. It does not prescribe, diagnose or chart measurements.
