Turn on Daycare and stays in settings, then set your daycare sessions, such as a full day or a half day, and how many places you have. Change the places for one day when you are short-staffed or closed.
Today, at a glance
Today shows who is arriving, who is on site and who is going home, with each pet’s alerts and handling notes beside their name. Check pets in and out one at a time, and record a no-show or a correction when the day does not go to plan.
Feeds, medication and what you noticed
Each pet’s feeding and supplied-medication instructions become timed tasks for the day, and an overdue one rises to the top. Record observations and belongings as you go, and send the owner a visit update with photos.
Checked before they arrive
Ask for a current vaccination certificate, your forms and an assessment before a pet can attend. Allergy, medical and behaviour alerts show wherever your team works with the pet.

Clients ask for single days or the same days every week, and see an estimate first. Nothing is booked until your team confirms it. When the day is full, they can join the waitlist for it.
Passes and memberships
Sell prepaid passes that draw down a visit at a time, and memberships that renew. Clients can buy them in the portal, use them when they ask for a day, and stop a membership renewing.
What liddle will not do for you yet
There is no owner-facing check-in kiosk and no webcam feed. liddle does not set staff-to-dog ratios for you; the places are the numbers you enter.
Questions, answered plainly
Do clients book daycare days straight into my calendar?
No. A daycare request waits for your team, who confirm it, price it, decline it or offer the waitlist. The client sees the estimate before they send it.
Can I run daycare and grooming in the same business?
Yes. Daycare and boarding sit beside your appointments and classes in one calendar, on the same client and pet records.
Does daycare cost extra?
No. Daycare and boarding are part of the one liddle plan. You switch them on in settings.
Do you have a check-in kiosk or webcams?
No. Your team checks pets in and out on the Today board, and there are no camera feeds for owners.
