For trainers who run sessions and classes

Training is repeat work with a plan: an assessment, a run of sessions or a class, notes that build on each other, and money settled before the dog arrives. liddle keeps the booking, the dog, the agreement, the notes and the payment on one record. I build liddle myself and I answer the support email myself.

30-day free trial. No credit card.

One dog at a time, booked as a series

Book the assessment, then book the run of sessions after it as a weekly series. Pause it while a family is away, and drag a session to move it. Day, week, month and team views all show the same appointments.

Notes that stay with the dog

Write the session note on the appointment, so the history reads in order and your team sees all of it. When the owner should see how a session went, publish a visit update with your words and photos.

  • Read every session on the dog’s record
  • Keep team notes out of the owner’s view
  • Search for any client or dog from the search bar

The agreement, signed before the first session

Send the intake form and the training agreement to be signed online before anyone turns up. liddle keeps the signed copy on the client record, along with the version they signed.

  • Sign on a phone, nothing to print
  • Require a document before a booking confirms
  • Hold a booking for approval when it is missing

Paid before the dog arrives

Set a deposit on a service and the client pays it online through Stripe as part of booking, so a no-show has money against it. Sell a block of six sessions as a package, and the credits draw down as they are used.

  • Invoice against the appointment it belongs to
  • Record cash, card, EFTPOS or bank transfer
  • Set your tax rate and invoice numbering once
  • Refund a deposit when the reason is a good one

A nudge when someone is overdue

Reminders go out by SMS and email in your own wording, the day before. After a session liddle can email the owner for feedback, and when a client is due to rebook, it emails them a nudge.

The owner’s own side of it

Invite a client and they get a portal with their dogs, their appointments, their invoices and the updates you publish. A booking request comes to your team to accept.

  • Book online from your open times
  • Sign forms and agreements at home
  • Pay a deposit or an invoice through Stripe
  • Message your business inbox, not one phone

Classes, courses and waitlists

Publish a course, single dates or a block of lessons, and share a link to it. Each lesson keeps its own places and its own roster, and a full class opens a waitlist instead of taking more dogs than it should.

  • Let clients enrol themselves
  • Sell one date, a course or a block of lessons
  • Take attendance on the lesson roster
  • Offer the next place from the waitlist

Questions, answered plainly

Can I run group classes and private sessions together?

Yes. Private sessions are appointments on your calendar, and classes sit beside them with their own places, rosters and waitlists.

Can I sell a block of sessions?

Yes. Sell a package of sessions and the credits draw down as they are used.

How does the class waitlist work?

When a class is full, clients join its waitlist. You offer the opening yourself, or liddle offers it to whoever has waited longest, by email with a deadline.

Can I get the training agreement signed before the first session?

Yes. Publish the agreement and clients sign it online before they book, and the signed version stays on their record.

Run a month of sessions through it.

Start a 30-day trial and put a real run of sessions in, or book a call and I will show you how the series, the notes and the deposits work. No credit card.
