Questions, answered plainly
Is there really only one plan?
Yes. $99 AUD per user, per month, and every feature is included for everyone. There are no tiers, and nothing is locked behind a higher plan. When I ship something new, you already have it.
What counts as a user?
Anyone with their own login: you, and each staff member you add. Your clients and their pets are never charged for, and there is no limit on how many of them you have.
Are text messages really included?
Yes. Appointment reminders and client messaging are part of the price, with a fair-use policy to keep things sensible. You’ll never decode an SMS credit table or discover your reminders stopped because a cap ran out.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days, and no credit card required. That’s long enough to run real weeks of appointments through liddle and know whether it fits.
What does migration from my current software cost?
Nothing. Send me your export from MoeGo, Gingr, or wherever you are today, and I migrate your clients, pets, and history for you, free. You should never feel locked in to software because moving is painful.
How does the price compare to MoeGo or Gingr?
It depends on your team, because the shapes differ: liddle is priced per user, and most of the alternatives are priced per location with features and messaging split across tiers or add-ons. Do the maths for your own business. What I can promise is that the number you see is the whole number, and it will not move because you needed a feature that lives one tier up.
What if liddle is missing something my business needs?
Tell me. The roadmap is decided by me and the businesses actually using liddle, not by a product committee. If what you need is the right fit for pet care work, I’ll build it and work through it with you until it fits how your day runs. Being one person means there’s no red tape between your feedback and a release, and no quarter to wait for.
What currency are prices in?
Australian dollars. Your invoice from Stripe shows the exact amount and any tax that applies to you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. If you cancel, you can export your data and take it with you.
